About CyberCom Global

CyberCom Internet Zones

CyberCom Internet Zones include CyberCom WiFi Hotspots, in-room wired access, Internet Kiosks and Business Centres across the Asia-Pacific. Our solutions are present in a wide variety of hotels, backpackers, airports and numerous other tourist locations across the region.

A simple prepaid PIN allows users to access the Internet across CyberCom Internet zones locations. PINs can be purchased from individual sites and, in many cases, roam to other CyberCom Internet Zones. As a CyberCom Internet Zone customer you can surf the Internet, check email, or securely log on to your company network via your laptop or PDA on our high speed wireless Internet connection. Alternatively CyberCom enabled business centres and kiosks allow Internet access for those who are not equipped with a laptop or PDA , all using the same PIN number.

CyberCom is also an iPASS partner for highly secured internet and VPN access.


CyberCom Support

With support centres across the Asia-Pacific region, CyberCom proactively monitors installations, providing phone, remote diagnosis & repair, and on-site support to our customers and their guests. In addition nine support centres across Asia-Pacific, CyberCom works with local partners throughout the region, to ensure that we are able to respond to technical problems that require on-site intervention quickly and efficiently.

With R&D centres in Malaysia and New Zealand, our solutions can be customised to meet the requirements of individual site partners. CyberCom's development team ensures that our solutions are market leading, and meet the ever-changing needs of our customers and their guests. Our team constantly monitors customer feedback, and translates this into system enhancements and innovative new solutions.
