CyberCom's Internet Kiosk system is designed for the rigours of everyday usage. A standard computer used for public Internet access quickly becomes inundated with viruses, spyware and other user installed programs. The CyberCom Internet Kiosks system prevents such problems by completely wiping the computer after each user Internet session, ensuring privacy and stability of the system.

CyberCom's prepaid management is designed with simplicity in mind. By purchasing a prepaid PIN number guests are able to access the Internet for a predetermined time period. Optional limits may be imposed to restrict the guests connection speed and megabytes of download. Whether a single guest, or a large function, the CyberCom management system is able to cater for the requirements of your guests; a single PIN number can be restricted to one or hundreds of simultaneous users.

Furthermore CyberCom's management system can be integrated with your payment management system, allowing guests to purchase PINs directly from the comfort of their hotel room and charged to their room bill. Prepaid PINs can be printed as "scratchy" cards and sold directly to guests, this makes the guest experience very straightforward.

Our advanced Customer Relationship Management tools ensure that a local technician is dispatched to hotels to resolve any faults rapidly, again ensuring system uptime and thus consistent revenues to the property.
